What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. This method divides work into 25-minute focused sessions (pomodoros), with short breaks between each session.
The basic flow is as follows:
- Focus on work during a 25-minute Pomodoro session
- Take a 5-minute short break
- After completing 4 Pomodoro sessions, take a 15-minute long break
This method helps maintain focus, improve work efficiency, and reduce fatigue.
